Workshops & Seminars

Most successful property investors will tell you that the key to building real wealth is return on investment. Not the value of the property, not the colour of the bricks or even what it looks like, but the overall rate of return on your investment.

But how do you go about it?

How do you know which property market offers the best opportunity?

Which cities are up, which are down, which city is timely to buy into, which ones to hold off on, where and what to buy and how to go about it?

How do you maximise returns and minimise risk? And how do you know what to buy, where to buy it, at what price and how to fund it?

Australian Property Masters have helped hundreds of clients around Australia and overseas to make sense of it all and have gone on to assist them in sourcing and securing prime property investments in may different parts of the country.

We regularly stage property investment seminars and workshops to fast track our clients knowledge and understanding of the myriad of statistics, data, financial modelling, variables and assumptions that need to be scrutinised before investing in any property.

Usually held in association with leading banks and/or accountants, these sessions are an ideal way of accelerating your knowledge and understanding of property investing, shielding you from many of the mistakes that can prove so costly to the unwary.

Some seminars cover a wide range of topics; others focus on specific issues facing the property investor - e.g. market updates; stamp duty; strata title; property management; land tax; etc. etc.
