After reviewing the information contained in this form we will contact you to discuss its contents.

If it is then mutually decided to prepare a detailed property investment strategy*, you will be required to prepay the cost of its preparation, a cost of $330.00 (GST inclusive) made payable to Australian Property Masters Pty Limited.

This fee will offset the cost of preparing a detailed property investment program that will include a personalised financial overview; lending and loan to value (LVR) capacity reviews; recommendations regarding location and properties most suited to future capital growth and relevant to your finances and preferences; exhaustive financial analysis, spreadsheets and cash flows allowing for a number of variables and parameters on researched properties; comparative analysis report; relevant statistics and data; and a sequential guide covering all steps, processes and procedures.

Each report takes many hours to compile and is designed to see you prosper from a carefully planned and researched property investment program.

There is absolutely no obligation for you to act upon the advice contained in these reports. However, should you do so, APM will refund the preparation cost to you.

* Please note: Australian Property Masters are not financial advisers or accountants, and therefore cannot advise you on the appropriateness of property investment to your overall financial objectives or goals.

However, if you (or your third party adviser, e.g. accountant, financial planner, bank etc.) deem property to be appropriate to your financial situation and objectives, then we will ensure that the property options selected are carefully researched and analysed as above and presented in a comprehensive report for study by you and/or your third party adviser.
